Ramona Sander, Founder & Director‍

With a career shaped by the highest standards in luxury hospitality, I learned early on how to lead with presence, precision, and empathy. As a former hotel manager in Europe’s most demanding destinations, I mastered the subtle art of service: anticipatory, detail-driven, always human.

But I wanted more than excellence in operations – I wanted to understand and shape the digital world.
So I transitioned – earned my degree in Computer Science – and began to bridge the worlds of technology and leadership.
What emerged is the foundation of CODE S: a philosophy that blends strategic clarity, digital fluency, and emotional intelligence into one powerful path.
